It is a well-established fact that we will not attempt any physical or psychological act unless we feel safe doing so. This is one of the main reasons we hang on to negative habits and thought patterns: they feel familiar and safe.
That’s why we start by creating a Safe Space within ourselves that can act as an emotional safety net whenever we start to feel overwhelmed by a potential change. You have the capacity to create an emotional safety net for yourself that can support you as you make desired changes that improve the quality of your life.
This week’s meditation guides you in connecting with a reservoir of peace and calm. By practicing this meditation, you will create a safe space that you can retreat to whenever you feel a need to do so.
When we take time to care for ourself, life feels a little bit lighter.
Be well,
Larry

A Question to Ponder
When you feel completely safe and calm, what’s the first life change you’d try?
In Friday’s newsletter, I will provide you with the Safe Space Visualization. It is a script which consistently helps people to connect with a peace and calm which is more than themselves and empowers them to feel safe making changes to the way they live their life.
