Our self-worth is a given. You were born with it. It is inherent and indestructible.
Yet, we have been conditioned to believe that our self-worth is conditional. That our worth comes from validation from outside of ourselves, rather than from who and what we are at birth, a spiritual being taking on a physical form.
So much emotional and physical pain is experienced because we have been programmed to think less of ourselves than who and what we are.
This week’s meditation is a tool you can use to come back to your default programming as a person of eternal worth.
Try it, you’ll like it… and the people around you will benefit as well. 😊
When we take time to care for ourself, life feels a little bit lighter.
Be well (and enjoy),
Larry
