We’ve all heard about the advantages of being in a state of flow. Whether we experience it playing music, participating in a sport, or engaging in a creative activity, we know how it can feel. We know the benefits of cultivating that state for ourselves.
We can do something similar, only more powerful, with forgiveness. When we choose to let ourselves get out of the way, we open ourselves up to a source of Love which is more than ourselves, we can experience the benefits and bliss of simply being a channel for an empowered form of forgiveness.
It does not happen without our intention and cooperation. But it can happen for anyone.
This week’s meditation is one step you can take to help yourself move into a state of letting forgiveness flow, and enjoying the benefits of doing so.
When we take time to care for ourself, life feels a little bit lighter.
Be well,
Larry
