Yep, maybe 10% of our fear is instinctual, keeps us safe and is healthy. The rest of it is learned, we learn to be fearful either by training or traumatic experience. Fortunately, we can rewrite the learned failure programing we all pick up... and move forward in a more empowered and happy way of living!
